Requirements
Jour requires iPhone running iOS 26 or later. You sign in with Apple or Google — no separate password to manage.
Getting started
Tap a day on the grid and choose how it went — green, yellow, or red. Add photos and a note if you like. Once a month you can crown your best day as a rainbow. That's the whole app; it's meant to take seconds a day.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your entries, notes, photos, profile, and friendships, and unlinks your Apple or Google sign-in. It cannot be undone.
How do I report shared content?
On any friend's day in your feed, tap the ••• menu → Report. You can also block someone from the same menu — they won't be notified, and they immediately lose access to your shared days.
Are my photos uploaded?
In Private mode (the default), no — photos are linked from your photo library and never leave your device. In Share mode, photos you add are compressed, stripped of location metadata, and stored privately in your account. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
